Local attorney Andrew Graves formally announces run for Court at Law 2 Judge

Dear Tom Green County friends and neighbors,

On November 13th, at our local Republican headquarters, I filed for a place on the ballot in the March 2022 primary. I am seeking the party nomination for Judge, County Court at Law #2. Today, as I am formally beginning my campaign, I am grateful and humbled by all the interest and support I have received over the past year as I prepared to run.

Judge Penny Roberts has been on the bench in this court since its creation, and she has done a tremendous job. For the next Judge to maintain the high standards she has set, they will need extensive experience in all facets of the law.

I am able to offer you that. I have worked for over 20 years as an attorney, on both sides of the aisle, in criminal and civil cases. In that time, I have had the opportunity to learn from observing more than 100 judges as they presided over courts in 30 counties across the state of Texas.

Like you, I love our community. Throughout my adult life I have taken every opportunity to get involved and give back. To serve on the bench would be a natural progression of both my legal career and my service to our community.

I look forward to seeing you on the campaign trail.  If you have any questions, please let me hear from you!

Thank you,

Andrew Graves
